Maidenhair Falls is a lovely 60-foot waterfall located on private property in the Brevard region. In 2017 it was the inspiration for Taylor Swift’s This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things. For years it was open to the public, but after repeated abuse of the property, the owner was forced to prohibit access. I’ve no doubt that if everyone had behaved themselves it would have remained open.

Oh, just kidding about Taylor Swift.
