McAllisters Falls is a rapid on Cape Fear River, about 1.2 miles downstream from the Lillington Boating Access Area on Wildlife Road. The only public access is by water. I haven’t seen it.

I’ve also seen it spelled McAlesters Falls. Another name for it is Buies Falls.
