Phillips Falls is on Phillips Creek, a few miles southeast of Brevard. It’s included in Jim Bob Tinsley’s classic book, The Land of Waterfalls.142 The waterfall is located on private property and is inaccessible to the public. I haven’t seen it. Tinsley says it’s a 40-foot cascade, but based on the photo in the book it appears to be mostly vertical.
