The upper falls isn’t nearly as impressive as the one downstream, but for those who don’t mind bushwhacking I think it’s worth seeing if you’re going to hike to the lower one anyway. It isn’t a single waterfall but rather a long section of cascades and slides. The upper and lower drops are photogenic.
