NC Waterfalls

Log Hollow Branch F1

Waterfallson this site and counting

!

Like its downstream friend, this won’t be a destination hike for anyone. It’s of interest only to hard-core waterfallers wishing to add another checkmark on their list. But with this one, you get two for the price of one, as Log Hollow Branch U1-F1 falls directly into this waterfall.

There are at least eight other waterfalls in the vicinity that experienced waterfallers can visit on a day hike. You’ll pass by several of them on the way here, regardless of which route you take. See Directions for more info.

See “Naming” for an explanation of how I designate unnamed waterfalls.

This small section of Log Hollow Branch F1 is the most scenic part. To see it, you must scramble upstream along the falls. (065Z44-269330)
